The Space

Casa Aramonte is a spacious villa in La Fortuna, ideal for families and groups of friends. It offers three bedrooms with enough beds to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning unit to ensure a comfortable stay.

The property features a large backyard with a terrace, perfect for relaxing and socializing. The terrace includes a bar area, a grill, and a small cold-water pool that provides a refreshing escape on warm days. The house is fully furnished and designed to make you feel at home.

There is parking available for up to five vehicles exclusively for guests. The villa is secure, private, and well-equipped to provide an exceptional vacation experience.

The villa is situated about 3 to 5 minutes from the center of La Fortuna, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. Guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the company of neighbors and their pets.

Guest Access and Check-In Instructions

Check-In

1. Upon arrival, locate the coded key box on the right column of the entrance door. Use the code provided via internal message to open it.
2. Retrieve the keys and use the remote control to open the gate.
3. Drive inside and press the button to close the gate behind you.
4. The remaining keys provide access to the small fence, the front door, and the garden gate.

Check-Out

1. Take the keys and close both the front and back doors. Ensure the small front gate is securely closed.
2. Exit the property with your vehicles.
3. Use the remote control to close the main gate after leaving.
4. Return the key fob to the coded box and scramble the numbers to secure it.

The neighborhood is tranquil and surrounded by nature, with various bird species frequently visiting the area. The villa is located in a small town away from large cities, offering a rural atmosphere.
