We lived in Cabo for five years and now travel back frequently for work, so we’ve stayed in a lot of rental homes and I can honestly say really had a wonderful stay here! Everything was as listed. Beautiful view! They were kind enough to accommodate us on short notice when we had to switch rentals last minute. Very responsive and friendly. Having the shallow end of the pool and the playground was nice for our kids to be busy. We particularly appreciated the shower pressure, the great A/C in the bedrooms (we didn’t use the main A/C because it wasn’t that hot), the big balcony, and how clean it was. These are things you don’t always find in Cabo. Needless to say, we will be back!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The place was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and matched the photos perfectly. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, I would say it felt like home but I liked it a lot more than my actual home lol. Having Costco and Soriana in walking distance was wonderful as well. We will definitely be back! I noticed one recent review complained about noise. That was never an issue for us. It was very quiet at all times and the construction (all of El Tezal is full of it) was not at all disruptive.

This is our second year staying at Christian’s place. Wonderful host with a wonderful place! All of the amenities to stay for a week. Our kids love it. Location is perfect also. We usually stop at Costco next door and go to Walmart 5 minutes away to stock up for the week. Pool is perfect. Thank you for everything!

Très bel appartement, tranquille et plutôt bien placé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et cela malgré les petits soucis d’électricité et d’eau. 😉 Merci à Bethany qui a été adorable.

What a great place to stay! Even bigger in person with a killer view of the ocean! Clean and comfortable rooms and my family felt right at home. Super responsive host and always accommodating to our changing schedule. Would highly recommend!

The condo itself was very nice. Clean, beautifully decorated and every amenity you need. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. The view from the balcony was great. The pictures definitely portray the beauty. Cons: The neighbors are very noisy and the walls are very thin. You can hear conversations, chairs moving and it seemed like all hours of the night. Bring white noise or ear plugs. We were also unlucky to have booked during construction of a massive building literally right in front of the beautiful infinity pool. The pool itself was very cold as well. So, it would have been nice to at least have the pool heated. But, the construction and road noise were definitely a distraction from our, what we had hoped, to be a relaxing girls weekend by the pool. We all had to use headphones and music to drown out the noise. Hopefully once the construction is finished it won't be as bad.
