Sayulita Surf Bungalows is a private complex with six individual bungalows arranged around a small swimming pool. Each bungalow features woven Bajarete-style exterior walls, teak floors, and a traditional thatched roof that helps keep the interior cool and comfortable.

Bungalows may be rented individually, or the entire property can be reserved for families, friends, retreats, and group vacations.

The Space

All bungalows include:

• Private bathrooms

• Thatched roofs

The property also includes a spacious, open-concept indoor common area with:

• A shared dining table seating up to 12 guests
• A fully equipped kitchen with an oven and six-burner stovetop
• A comfortable living area
• A dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and electrical outlets for computers

These shared spaces are suitable for families, groups, remote work, and longer stays.

Downstairs near the pool, guests can use a covered outdoor kitchen with:

Guests can arrange a variety of ocean activities through the property, including:

Activities are led by Captain Tigre Cadenas, owner of Sayulita Surf Bungalows and Tigre Surf Shop - Sayulita Surf & Fishing Tours. He is also a surf coach, president of the Nayarit Surf Association, and a former professional surfing and stand-up paddleboarding competitor. Captain Tigre and his team of experienced local watermen offer professional, authentic experiences along the coast.

Local Family and Guest Discounts

Sayulita Surf Bungalows is operated by the local Cadena family, a family of professional surfers, fishermen, and spearfishers. The family has competed nationally and internationally in surfing and stand-up paddleboarding and has extensive experience fishing and spearfishing along these coastlines.

The Cadena family can help guests plan lessons, tours, and other activities. Guests also receive discounts on activities and equipment at the family’s surf and fishing store, Sayulita Surf Center.
