Casa de Verano welcomes you to the heart of Santa Fe de Antioquia, just four blocks from the main square. This colorful, light-filled tropical home features a private pool, a hammock area, and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool—ideal for enjoying warm sunsets with family or friends.

Located steps from one of Colombia’s most beautiful historic centers, the house offers easy access to cobblestone streets, plazas, and local culture without needing a car. It is a comfortable place to unwind and enjoy both day and night.

Casa de Verano includes six rooms designed for privacy, comfort, and relaxation. Each room features:

• Double, queen, or king beds
• A private bathroom
• Air conditioning
• Warm lighting
• Thoughtful details for a comfortable stay

Outside, the house is surrounded by color and natural beauty. Guests can enjoy:

• A saltwater pool

Please note that the rooms do not have televisions or hot water in the showers. Santa Fe de Antioquia has temperatures between 26 and 32 °C year-round, making a cool shower refreshing after a day in the sun. For guests who prefer hot water, a hot-water shower is available by the pool.

A television or workspace can be arranged upon request.

Casa de Verano is designed for unhurried stays, with a pool, hammocks, a well-equipped kitchen, and small details intended to make every visit enjoyable.

Guest Access

Access to Casa de Verano is simple and self-guided. Approximately 24 hours before arrival, guests receive a personal access code that remains valid throughout their stay and allows entry through the digital lock without waiting for assistance.

The house is located in the historic center of Santa Fe de Antioquia, just four blocks from the main square. It is easy to reach by both private and public transportation, allowing guests to begin enjoying their stay as soon as they arrive.

• Parties, large celebrations, and loud nighttime noise are not permitted.
• The house is not suitable for events or loud music.
• Guests seeking those types of activities will find other venues in Santa Fe de Antioquia.

Guest Registration and Child Safety

All guests must be registered at check-in in accordance with Colombian tourism regulations and child protection provisions.

Guests traveling with minors must ensure that parents or responsible adults supervise them at all times and take full responsibility for their safety, particularly around the pool. The pool is located within an enclosed area but does not have its own independent perimeter fence, so continuous supervision is required.

Smoking Policy

Casa de Verano is smoke-free. Smoking is permitted only at the front of the property, with the entrance door kept closed at all times.

Pets

Casa de Verano is pet-friendly. Pets are welcome upon request and for an additional fee, subject to the booking conditions.

Caring for the Property

Every space and detail at Casa de Verano was created with care. Guests are expected to enjoy the property responsibly and treat it as part of the experience.

The property may not be used for activities that could put the house, its facilities, or the community’s peace and quiet at risk.
