The apartment is super clean, tidy, with everything you need for a good rest after visiting the beaches and everything is better than in the photos. A super quiet and safe place and not to say of the large and refreshing pool in the pure front of the apartment. Jorge is an excellent host, super attentive and friendly, he responds quickly when one makes any questions. Jorge explains everything very well to be able to check in. From my wife and mine, we will always thank you for the favor you did to us on the first day we arrived, from that moment we realized that I was a great host and had that tact of helping to find solutions to the needs of the guests. We will definitely return to this place. Thank you for everything.

My Stay at Jorge's home was magical. Private and safe and perfectly situated between beach and town. House is beautiful and Jorge was super attentive as a host... Always replying to my questions immediately! I will definitely stay there again!

Jorge was extremely pleasant and responsive when ever communicated with. When we checked in, the coffee maker wasn't working, the door lock was constantly beeping and one of the lights kept flickering so Jorge had someone come by to address the coffee maker (another was provided) and the batteries were removed from the door lock to get it to stop. The light wasn't fixed but no big deal! Otherwise, the only (I repeat ONLY) reason for the 4 star rating on the expectation part of the review was due to the discrepancy of distance from the beach that was posted. The post said 4kms from Playa Avellanas when in actuality it was 7.3km (80%+ further) and approx 20mins of driving with a regular car). Wifi was great! Air conditioning worked well enough. Kitchen lacked some of the basic kitchen items often found (oil, spices, etc.) but we left some for the next guests. :)
