- Additional guests beyond 14 are charged USD 30 per person per night.
- The maximum occupancy is 16 guests.
- Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs are considered an additional night and will be charged accordingly.

great house, spacious spaces, as shown in the pictures. The staff who received us very friendly and always available. As a recommendation we consider that the pool water is too cold, I think we would have taken advantage of it more if it was heated.

The house is wonderful! But we found it a bit neglected and dirty. I think it was an issue there where the lady who helps them with the cleaning let them down, so I believe they will fix it. :) However, you should be aware that the pool is very, very cold. There are no windows, so bugs get in; there are no air conditioners; there is nowhere to hang clothes; and check-in and check-out are complicated because of the dirt road. You absolutely must bring a pickup truck, as a car would get damaged.

The house is very nice and fully equipped; it has many board games for the family to enjoy. The only downside is that we were told not to make noise, but starting at 7:00 a.m., the construction work next door kept us awake. But otherwise, it is a very nice property.

GREAT PLACE! Perfect to disconnect and relax, the pool is amazing and the space for the kitchen too. The host recommended someone that help us cook and that was very helpful as well. The weather was beautiful too and they had enough fans to make it cozy.

We had an amazing week! The house is beautiful, clean, very well decorated and with all the amenities you need when traveling in large groups. The people who helped us in the house always had a very good attitude and were committed to making us really comfortable. The view and the unparalleled scenery. We'll be back

The house is exceptionally comfortable, well appointed and beautiful. The host has clearly taken great lengths to ensure it is a haven of tranquility, good taste and comfort. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, the decor is tasteful and the rooms comfortable. The gorgeous view and lush surroundings add beautifully to a peaceful getaway. Tatiana, the lady who helps in the house is efficient and helpful. One bit of feedback: given the tropical location, it is understandable humidity will take a toll. Some further upkeep is required in areas where the outdoor paint is peeling and rust accumulating, especially in the outdoor living room down from the pool. The integrated sound system is outdated and impossible to use. Other than that, the house is perfect. I could not recommend it enough for a gorgeous escapade with friends or family.

The house is beautiful, just like the photographs, the people who helped us were excellent, kind, helpful and always looking out for us, and they also cook delicious food. The kitchen was very well-equipped, it had absolutely everything we needed and much more. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely come back, highly recommended.
