Daily housekeeping includes Wi-Fi, a shared pool with a Jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, cable/TV, free parking, and 24-hour security. A lovely communal rooftop terrace has a beautiful partial ocean view and a bilingual reception. The space Casa Villa is centrally located in the tourist area of Playa del Carmen. It is part of the Riviera Maya Suites condominium, just one block from the most popular beach, Playa Mamitas. Just steps away is the famous 5th Avenue, the tourist promenade where you can find a wide variety of attractions and restaurants. You can reach all the sites on foot if you wish. The property is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden, which provides a more intimate and fresh atmosphere. Guest access Casa Villa is independent and for the exclusive use of those who reserve it. You will share the pool, garden, and jacuzzi with other guests. Parking is free and open 24 hours a day with security. We have a reception desk to assist you during your visit. Other things to note Our service includes daily room cleaning. Sheets and towels are changed every other day. Ask about the requirements if you are traveling with a pet.

What an amazing experience! From the first moment, Simona's warmth and attention, along with the whole team, were exceptional. They made us feel at home, always attentive and with a kindness that truly makes a difference. The facilities could not be better: comfortable, immaculately clean and with everything needed for a perfect stay. It was more than we expected, a true oasis of comfort and hospitality. Very impressed with the jungle-like grounds yet walking distance to 5th Ave, a very fun and cute area. Definitely a party area at night but you could not hear from the condo . Front desk was helpful and loaned umbrellas and beach towels. Pool was nice, loved the side jacuzzi surrounded by jungle foliage.

Great place to stay, it is just half block from the 5th Ave but the place is so quiet that you don’t realize you are that close from the fun. People from the Condo is always willing to help.

Riviera Maya Suites is a wonderful, affordable, walkable hotel. It’s in the middle of the city, but feels like it’s in the middle of a jungle. We had wildlife, nature, and beautiful scenery, mere minutes from many restaurants and bars. I would stay here again!
