Brand new complex, a beautiful and spotless loft very equipped. The areas are pristine too. Kim is an excellent host. Very responsive and always willing to help. The unit has washer and dryer, it’s a plus in Costa Rica. There is a beautiful mall very close with all the amenities and restaurants. 100% Recommended.

Easy check-in, great location, and very convenient to the airport. The property is right next to City Mall and felt very safe and secure with gated access. The highlight for me was the bed! Haha Hands down the most comfortable bed of my entire stay in Costa Rica! I actually pulled back the sheets just to see what kind of mattress it was. 😂 A comfortable, convenient place to stay, especially before or after a flight. I would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed in Kim's apartment for one night prior to flying back home. The apartment is very conveniently close to the airport and ideal for anyone with an early return flight or a late arrival flight. The apartment was spotless and full of amenities- we found the washing machine and tumble dryer very handy as we did a few loads of washing before returning home. The bed is extremely comfortable and the apartment was pristine and inviting. I would 100% recommend staying here
