- Bedroom 2: Accessible through the home’s exterior hallway rather than from inside the house. Its private bathroom is located directly next to the bedroom, outside the room.
- Studio, optional third bedroom: Located on the second floor and accessible via an exterior staircase. The studio includes a double sofa bed and a full private bathroom. If you would like to use it as a bedroom, please request this before arrival. The sofa bed is best suited for children or smaller guests.

Guests have exclusive private access to the entire property, including the rooftop terrace and pool. No areas are shared with other guests.

An amazing house on the edge of Oaxaca Centro - close enough to walk, but far enough away that it was very peaceful. The home has a wonderful rooftop, and three distinct separate bedroom areas - ideal for 2 or 3 couples. The hosts were EXTRAORDINARILY responsive and helpful with absolutely everything - from airport transfers, to local recommendations to luggage storage before a flight. One of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed in.

Olivia was very responsive and helpful. The space was beautifully designed and laid out. All details were present in the check in manual. When we had a problem with the hot water heater off, there was a prompt reply even late at night and the issue was resolved immediately. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the house. It was clean, very spacious and perfectly accommodated the six of us. Olivia was very friendly and also helped us organise our two-day stay in Oaxaca perfectly. She was also very responsive any time we had a request. We definitely recommend it.

The house is in perfect condition. In addition to being very nice, it's comfortable and practical. The The pool has a good temperature and everything works perfectly. Olivia and her team provide a spectacular level of service. Their service is truly a delight!! From the directions, comments and suggestions before check-in to the daily service from Aby, who cooked delicious food and is a super good host as well. Thank you very much for everything. We will definitely consider this place every time we come with the whole family to Oaxaca.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need. I loved how full of gadgets the kitchen was, with SMEG appliances and a freezer that even made ice - perfect for the heat. The bed is so comfortable, and massive. Also loved the bathroom shower and Molton Brown products. The pool on the roof is also fantastic to get into after a hot day, and the roof is a great place to hang out. There's a projector on the top floor, perfect for film nights. Olivia and her team were amazingly responsive and answered any question we had, and helped arrange our taxi to the airport. Every day there is a wonderful housekeeper who brings breakfast but will also make breakfast if you provide the ingredients (or pay her directly for them). She cooked us such a nice meal. Great location 10 minutes walk to Centro. Massive supermarket is 10 minutes away too.
