Guest Access

The Presidential Suite is located at Hotel Marboka, formerly Hotel Playa Conchas Chinas. Guests have access to the hotel’s amenities, services, and common areas, including:

• One of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta, with lounge chairs available upon request at the lobby
• Common areas throughout the hotel
• Personalized assistance at reception 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Staff available in the lobby to assist with guests’ needs
• Facilities for booking activities and tours around the bay

A restaurant is located directly below the hotel. It is independently operated and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The beach is one level below the Presidential Suite.

• Grocery shopping service: $120 USD, plus the cost of the products
• Weber grill rental: $60 USD

Important Information

• There is no elevator.
• Access to the suite is by stairs only.
• The suite is located four levels below the lobby.
• An alternative entrance from the lower street, Calle Easy, is available during the daytime.
• The Calle Easy entrance is one level below the suite and is closed at night.
• Guests with mobility limitations that prevent them from using stairs are not advised to stay at the Presidential Suite.
• External guests are not permitted to access the hotel or the suite.
• For security reasons, please select the correct number of guests in your reservation. Rates depend on the number of guests, and incorrect guest counts may result in additional charges.
