The Space

This large and comfortable villa features three suites, each with a private entrance, situated within the gated surf and golf community of Hacienda Iguana. It is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a stylish and enjoyable vacation home.

The main living area spans approximately 50 square meters and boasts high ceilings with ethnic decor inspired by surfing and local culture. A professional pool table serves as a key attraction in this space. The living room also includes two sofas that convert into a single bed and a smart TV. Adjacent to this area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, along with a half bathroom next to the TV.

On the right side of the living room, there is a large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. This balcony features a dining table, wooden furniture, two hammocks, and a ping pong table. It also provides access to two suites, each with private entrances through double glass doors. These rooms are not connected internally.

Each bedroom measures about 8 square meters, with bathrooms around 4 square meters, featuring excellent showers with hot water.

The villa includes a spacious backyard with a beautiful garden and a well-maintained swimming pool, cared for by a gardener three days a week. The lawn is ideal for yoga and other exercises. The backyard also contains a beach volleyball court. Wildlife such as wild birds frequently visit, and guests may spot monkeys in the tree canopy.

At the rear of the property, there is a laundry room and private parking.

Location

The house is located just a five-minute walk from the beach. It sits centrally within Hacienda Iguana, close to the commercial area where restaurants, mini-markets, shops, and an ATM are available. The property is also adjacent to the golf course.

Additional Information

Hacienda Iguana is a gated community requiring all guests to be identified and authorized for entry, a process managed by the hosts.

The three bedrooms have separate entrances and do not connect internally. For families with young children, the doors can be locked with keys.

About 20 meters behind the house is a small guesthouse where the hosts usually stay. The two houses face away from each other, ensuring complete privacy without direct contact.

Cleaning services are provided once a week for the entire house and outdoor areas, with general cleaning occurring every three days. The gardener also maintains the pool during their visits.
