La Casita
"La Casita" means "little house" in Spanish. It is a two-story house featuring:
- First floor: kitchen, sitting area, full bathroom, and an outdoor balcony with jungle views
- Upper floor: bedroom, second bathroom, and an outdoor balcony with stunning ocean views

Location
Our property is private and secure, with a gated entrance. It is situated on a hillside overlooking a lush green valley, offering incredible sunset views over the ocean and marina.
Central Quepos is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you can find:

- Restaurants
- Gift shops
- Clothing stores
- Taxi services
- Buses
Every Friday and Saturday, you can visit the local farmers market to purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, homemade baked goods, or enjoy a fresh coconut drink.
Quepos also has its own hospital and airport, with multiple daily commuter flights.

The location is incredibly peaceful and welcoming. We loved everything about it. We already knew the place from a trip before. We loved it ao much the first time that we decided to come back and were not disappointed! Marta and Dougles are super responsive and welcoming hosts. I would recommend the place to anyone. It is very safe and quiet but atill close to the center of Quepos. Marta also has connections to hook you up with several tours in the region which are usually worth it!

We stayed three nights at Marta and Douglas's little piece of heaven in the Casita Suite. The view was absolutely stunning and we enjoyed sitting on the upper balcony off the bedroom for hours just taking it all in; the incredible view of the ocean, the monkeys and the birds. We made breakfast for ourselves in the morning, but there is a lovely public area by the pool where Marta and Saul offer meals and drinks if you do not wish to cook at all on your trip! We had dinner there upon arrival which was so convenient and delicious. Saul makes the best Pina Coladas too! Marta goes over all of the tours available when you arrive and is the most welcoming host along with their wonderful staff. This was the last stop on our travels in Costa Rica and it was by far our favourite airbnb! Thank you for everything Marta and Douglas! We loved our stay and will recommend your place to anyone travelling to Quepos.

It’s always a great stay at casa Pargo thanks to Marta, her husband, Sandy and Saul - food is terrific and the views are incredible. Wildlife is abundant from birds to monkeys all while seeing beautiful ocean views. Can’t say enough about our stay.

Quiet and secluded while being close to the center Beautiful view Marta was very attentive and helpful. As a single female traveler and without a car, the road being not very busy, I did not feel comfortable going out for dinner in Quepos but the place being very pleasant it was not a big sacrifice
