Villa Flora, La Mansion in Playacar, is a luxurious retreat that combines elegance and comfort. Located within the gated Playacar II community, this six-bedroom villa features spacious living areas, a large private pool, and lush tropical surroundings.

The villa is just minutes from the beach and downtown Playa del Carmen, offering a peaceful escape with modern amenities. Whether you plan to relax or explore the Riviera Maya, Villa Flora is well suited for families and groups of friends.

The Space

Villa Flora has six bedrooms arranged across two floors:

• Room 1: Master suite with two queen beds, a sofa, and an en-suite bathroom
• Room 2: Two full-size beds and a private bathroom
• Room 3: Two full-size beds and an en-suite bathroom
• Room 4: One queen bed, one full-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom
• Room 5: Two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom
• Room 6: Two full-size beds and a private bathroom

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.

The main floor includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare and enjoy a flavorful meal. Facilities include:

Kosher Services

Villa Flora is completely kosher-friendly. If you require a kosher kitchen during your stay, we can coordinate with a specialized local professional to fully kasher the villa before your arrival.

This is an optional third-party service that involves an additional fee paid directly to the provider. Please contact us before booking to arrange the details.

The backyard feels like a private resort overlooking the Playacar golf course. Surrounded by nature, it provides a peaceful setting for relaxing by the pool or enjoying time together outdoors.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is included to help make your stay as relaxing as possible. The staff generally works during the day and takes care of routine tidying, including:

• Making the beds each morning
• Cleaning the bathrooms
• Washing the dishes

The housekeeping team typically has one day off per week, usually Sunday. On the remaining days, they are dedicated to maintaining the villa and assisting with your comfort.

Towels

We provide high-quality sheets and towels for all guests. Please help us keep them in good condition by not using them to clean floors or remove makeup, as this may result in additional charges.

Pool towels are for use exclusively in the pool area and should not be taken outside the property.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, which is not shared with anyone else. The property is available for your use as if it were your private residence.

The villa is designed for both short getaways and extended stays, offering a private retreat in the heart of the Riviera Maya.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Check-in is completed in person and is available from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please notify us in advance so we can arrange your arrival. Without prior notice, access to the property will not be available until the following day.

Check-in and check-out times may be flexible if there is no adjacent reservation before or after your stay.

Important Information

• Only the confirmed number of guests will be permitted to enter the property. If additional guests arrive at check-in or are found at the property during the stay, we reserve the right to deny access or remove guests without a refund.
• The villa does not have a washing machine or dryer available for guest use. However, a complimentary, fast laundry service on site is included with your stay.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. We accept no responsibility for injuries, accidents, damage, theft, or any other event affecting guests or their property inside or outside the villa during their stay. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers these risks.
