The Space

This beautifully decorated three-bedroom beachfront villa is ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Villa 26 is a townhouse-style condominium that underwent a complete $320,000 renovation in 2014.

Located on the main beach in Cancun’s Hotel Zone, the villa offers beautiful Caribbean views from throughout the interior and exterior spaces. The maximum occupancy is eight guests, regardless of age. Guests bringing visitors who are not staying at the villa should discuss the property’s visitor policy with the owner.

Each bedroom includes:

• A private bathroom with double sinks and a shower
• A hotel-style safe
• A balcony with beautiful beach and/or lagoon views

The ground level features:

• A fully equipped kitchen
• A dining room
• A living room
• Television and entertainment systems with most U.S. channels
• Wi-Fi throughout the villa

The owner’s maid, who has worked with the property for more than 25 years, visits every day except Sunday to clean, do laundry, maintain the villa, and help resolve any issues. Cooking can also be arranged for a small additional charge.

Guests have access to the entire villa, the beach, the pools, and the landscaped palm garden. The property has two pools, including one designed for young children. The white-sand beach is a one-minute walk across the beautifully landscaped grounds.

The Hotel Zone is also near hundreds of restaurants, shopping malls, outdoor activities, and marinas. Although the area is conveniently located, the villas remain private and quiet.

The owner provides guests with useful information to help them enjoy their Cancun vacation.
