The Space

Villa Perla is a luxurious 5-bedroom villa located in the prestigious Pedregal neighborhood of Cabo, accommodating up to 14 guests. The villa offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and spectacular sunsets. It is within walking distance to Pedregal Beach.

Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom. The master suite serves as a spa-like retreat featuring a large jacuzzi tub. Outdoor amenities include a heated swimming pool, a media system, lush gardens, a bubbling jacuzzi, and an al fresco dining area.

• Los Cabos is a developing resort area; construction may occur without prior notice. While the management cannot control construction schedules, they will assist guests if inconveniences arise.

House Rules

• Minimum age for all guests is 25 years old, except for children traveling with parents.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, or disrespect toward security personnel is prohibited at all times and may result in fines up to $3,000.
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in gated communities may lead to fines.
• Pool heating is set to 80°F. Heating above this temperature incurs a fee of $240 per day, payable directly to the property manager. Guests should contact their concierge for assistance.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted unless pre-approved and subject to an event fee.
• Occupancy must not exceed the contracted number of guests. The renter must provide the names and number of all guests in the group.
• Only up to two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents; additional children must be counted as adults.
