Overview
Located near Playa Coyote beach, this villa offers some of the most beautiful views in Costa Rica, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Built in 2020 and thoughtfully furnished in 2021, each room provides a unique perspective of the pristine natural surroundings with the ocean as a stunning backdrop.
The Space
The villa spans 250 square meters, all on a single level, including the terrace. Every room opens directly onto the terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. The living and dining area features a blend of modern design and local woodworking craftsmanship.
The open-plan living space includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a cooking island
- Dining area seating eight people
- Cozy sofa corner with a flat-screen TV
- Work area with a desk
At opposite ends of the living area are the air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with super king-size beds (200 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have an additional toilet room, a separate shower room, and double vanities.
Outdoor Area
Just steps from the villa is the private infinity hydromassage pool, surrounded by a spacious terrace with a shaded rancho. This area offers complete privacy and breathtaking views of the sea. A constant fresh sea breeze enhances comfort throughout the day.

Staying at Casa Ingo was truly a dream! The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The view is spectacular! We loved cooking dinners at home and then watching the sunset from the pool each night. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking at home very easy! The pool was the perfect temperature and my 3 year old had so much fun swimming and jumping in. Sometimes on Airbnb, the pictures look much nicer than the reality, but this place is just the opposite! The house is so spacious and we loved the semi-open air feel to it. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well and provided a nice place to cool off mid-day and comfortable temps to sleep at night. The WiFi was very stable, enough for my husband to work remotely. We were so sad to leave Casa Ingo and hope to be back again someday! This was a place our family could spend a very long time.

The toilet in the house a 100, the only downside was the bath cloths and the pool were worn, old and beaten they didn't feel like using them. They were disgusting The description indicates 3 beds, which is a lie, it's 2 beds and a sofa bed

The house was absolutely lovely, settled on top of a hill in a rural part of Costa Rica over looking ocean. The ride there may be long but worth every minute. Perfectly situated far from highly touristed areas so we felt safe especially during this times.Highly recommend for a nice family get away where you can spend true quality family time.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful place and we could not ask for more. The place was really clean, had a swimming pool, aircondition, great view and nice people. Really the highlight of our trip.
