Guest access A short elevator ride will take you from your top-floor condo to the main floor, where you have direct access to pools, the beach, covered parking and lobby. Take a walk on the beach, relax in the sauna, play games, get a massage, kayak in the ocean, test your balance on a stand-up paddleboard all from the condo. If you feel like seeing more that just Coronado Bay, taxis and nearby buses can take you to wherever your heart desires. The options are endless for enjoying your time away in paradise! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: for monthly rentals (28 days and over), the renter pays for the electricity (amount is largely dependent on ac usage $25- $350 apprx). For stays of 3 months and longer, the renter pays the monthly electricity as well as cable/internet (approx. $60/mo). Due to the extreme interest for bookings during the winter months, I start booking reservations less than 6 months in duration, starting in September. The place was great. In my opinion the building Coronado Bay is a great place to relax and to disconnect from the city. At Jen’s place my family and I had a great time. The apartment had a nice ocean view.

Jen was an excellent communicative host. Whenever we had a question, we received a very timely reply. The unit itself has very very beautiful views. The building has wonderful pools and quite a good gym. Local community is very friendly and welcoming. A safe and walkable area day or night. Beach was gorgeous and mostly empty.

La zona agradable y encuentras en el apartamento todo para una buena estancia, mejorar un poco limpieza y sobre todo dar aviso cuando vayan a hacer trabajos una mañana salgo de la ducha y un hombre colgado en la ventana del dormitorio, generando situación incómoda.

Great place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Gorgeous views from a really comfortable condo. Jen's a great host and is very responsive, helpful and friendly. You will not be disappointed ifyou stay here.

Jen was very helpful throughout the process from providing helpful information right after booking, to directions and meeting us when we arrived at the property and showing us around the beautiful grounds and amenities. She also answered all our questions. The unit was as described and we would probably would have given 5 stars if the main pool wasn't closed for building maintenance the week we were there. Not Jen's fault though. Awesome views, close to several good restaurants. We certainly would recommend this unit. Very peaceful! Robert & Alyssa

The condo view was breath taking - both ocean and local town were mesmerizing. Loved being able to open all the windows to the ocean breezes and sounds of the waves. Jen made it even better with her friendly advice, helpful recommendations, and updates on local happenings. We hope to return because one month wasn’t enough!

We enjoyed our time in Coronado. The unit has beautiful views of the coastline, but the balcony does get hot in the afternoon. We mainly used the balcony in the mornings. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked. The fridge has an ice maker and filtered water. The living area is small but the main bedroom is quite spacious with a walk-in closet. We did not use the second bedroom, it has a trundle bed and would probably be most suitable for kids. There is a desk in the second bedroom. We only stayed for 4 days but most people seem to be there for multiple months. There were a lot of Canadians and everyone was friendly and willing to offer advice. It is a very social environment. The building and apartment could use some updates. I think they were making some updates to the building while we were there. The air conditioners all functioned, they did not seem very strong but served our needs. Jen was a gracious host and greeted us and made sure that we were settled in.
