The house is amazing and Ricardo was an excellent host. I definitely recommend this amazing house. Everything was spotless and the pool was amazing. Has all the amenities and more. Than you si much Ricardo!

A new house, spacious rooms and bathrooms, a very complete kitchen with modern appliances. The pool is heated. Although the area is not very populated, it is private and very safe, and 13 minutes from downtown. It is worth the price we paid since there were 6 of us.

There were 8 of us and we loved the house. Comfortable rooms, the house is spacious and there are many very well-designed spaces to spend time together. It's a house that's designed to spend a lot of time in and is 100% worth it. The decor and layout make you feel comfortable. Estela was very friendly and nice, she was attentive to what we needed. Ricardo, the host, was also very helpful and communication with him was very good at all times. About the noise, the train does pass by often, but it is not a noise that bothers you. The only thing is the construction on the same private road, but nothing serious. During our stay we were never able to use the pool because they had to do maintenance on it due to the rains. The truth is that it was somewhat uncomfortable because, in addition to the fact that we could never get in, a person went every day to check it and we had to go out daily to downtown San Miguel, when our plan was to spend most of the time in the house. Other than that, everything is excellent.

We were fascinated by Ricardo's house! The amazing location, the design and comfort of the house were spectacular! It looked like a boutique hotel! With all the atmosphere of San Miguel de Allende! Very clean and tidy. Of course we would rent it again!

I would have stayed forever if I could have! The house looked straight out of an Architectural Digest magazine, and our whole stay was just as comfortable. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and flexible with late check ins and late check outs, and they even sent a cleaner twice during our stay to keep the space and pool spotless. The location takes a little getting used to — be prepared to double check that your taxi or Uber knows where it’s going and have a pin drop just in case. But the remoteness made the space feel extremely safe and quiet (except for an occasional passing train). I can’t wait to come back, thank you for everything!

We were happy in Ricardo's house (Aida house) we spent Christmas and they had the detail to put arbolito and decorate the house with great taste. The super equipped kitchen!!! Everything was very nice and the people who helped us in the house (Estela and Juan) very attentive and reliable. 100% recommended My family and I want to come back in summer :)
