This material has been incorporated throughout the home, including the floors, walls, ceilings, and pool, creating an authentic and atmospheric setting.

Important Information
The property consists of several spaces that are rented separately and independently:
- The main house has four bedrooms, a kitchen, and a private rooftop with a jacuzzi.
- Two separate apartments each have two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a television room.
- A studio designed for two guests includes a kitchenette and a full bathroom.
Together, these spaces can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people, with the possibility of accommodating a few additional guests if the sofa beds and hammocks are used.
If the apartments are rented during your stay in the main house, you may share common areas, including the pool and parking spaces, with other guests. Each space has its own private rooftop with a jacuzzi and barbecue area. The rooftops of both the main house and the apartments are equipped with gas and charcoal grills for outdoor dining.
The property has parking for four cars in the garage. Even if the entire complex is rented, at least one parking space will be available for your vehicle.
Boat Rental
A boat is available for rent at a preferential price. It accommodates up to seven passengers in addition to the captain.

Listing is as described. The only drawback is that it is located high up and there is little activity, you have to take the car, and the courtyard with swimming pool and jacuzzi is shared. On the other hand, the accommodation is incredibly spacious, with beautiful rooms, a large living room. It offers a personal jacuzzi in addition to the one in the courtyard with the pool. The small brazier outside is perfect for quality moments. Karem is responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend it and thank him for this trip.

One of the best AirBnB we have stayed at. Lots of amenities, loved the pool and hot pool. Too hot for the steam room and hot tub but readily available. Rooftop terrace offers great sunset views. Quiet hill on the north side of town, about 0.5mile walk to malecon. Oscar the care taker made great pizzas and salads (take him up on the offer). Will definitely be back.

My stay was excellent. From the beginning, communication was fast and clear, they were always attentive to any detail. The service was 10/10, I felt very welcome and cared for throughout the stay. The place was clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Definitely recommend and would come back without hesitation! Oscar's service is excellent!!

The place is large and very spacious. Perfect for what we were looking for in a group of 4 couples of friends. Each couple had their privacy with a separate bathroom and we all used the common areas to talk, eat and have a good time. It's perfect for group trips, you don't need anything and the hosts are always available for what we need.
