Me and my boyfriend had a great stay! We needed some last minute flexibility on our check-in and check-out and the host was extremely responsive and adaptable! The place was somewhat isolated from any restaurants or stores, however, the host completely arranged a golf cart rental for us so we could get around! The cart was dropped off/picked up with ease. It probably would have been cheaper to rent one on our own but the convenience was worth the extra cost. The property managers on site were very welcoming and able to help with anything we needed! We utilized the pool daily which was nice to have in lieu of the beach water being full of seaweed. Definitely check what season is ideal to visit because the sargassum (seaweed) made the ocean water on site completely un-swimmable. It was piled a foot high in front of the water. The property was still lovely and had any beach amenity you would need. We drove our cart to Secret Beach for ocean swimming and had a wonderful time!

It’s honestly hard to put into words just how perfect our stay was. Yvonne and Norman are truly top-tier hosts. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, they made sure we felt completely taken care of and at home. We were greeted with thoughtful touches like breakfast and occasional lunch, received incredible local recommendations, and felt genuine care in every interaction. Their attentiveness and kindness made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet retreat on the north side of the island—an absolute 10/10 experience.

North Beach Retreat was amazing! It looked like a Corona commercial. It was in a peaceful area but had some bars and restaurants in walking distance and everything you need with a short golf cart ride. The new pool was an extra bonus we didn’t expect. Yvonn and Norman were the onsite care takers and were absolutely wonderful! Their cooking was amazing and I was able to get a massage from Yvonn on site. They were there for anything we needed and were so kind! I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had an incredible stay at this beachfront property in San Pedro, Belize! The stunning ocean views, peaceful atmosphere, and direct beach access made it a dream getaway. Angel, the host, was amazing—super helpful, welcoming, and always available with great local tips. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and best of all, no TV! It was refreshing to disconnect and fully enjoy nature. If you’re looking for a relaxing, beachfront escape, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

I went to Belize looking for peace and tranquility, I was able to get it more. The villa was very clean and peaceful. The surroundings are well kept and amenties offered are good. Only advice, come with mosquito spray :)

My husband and I visited Belize for the first time and we had a wonderful experience at the North Beach Retreat! The views are spectacular and the location is perfect for a more relaxed beach vacation . The caretakers of the property, Angel & Josie, are super friendly and they do a great job creating a tranquil and pristine environment for their guests. We highly recommend booking this spot if they’re available!
