Our stay was absolutely amazing. The accommodation was beautifully designed, with lovely extra touches throughout, stunning décor, and luxurious amenities that made our stay feel truly special. We especially loved the rooftop pool and outdoor kitchen area, it was private, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the local shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend Seva to anyone visiting Tulum and sincerely hope to return again one day.

We had an amazing stay in Tulum! The property was exactly as advertised—the photos were accurate, and everything looked just as beautiful in person as it did online. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Great stay, would stay here again. The area is walkable for those that love walking. It was a bit far for our group, the lazier type. Host was excellent, lots of recommendations and very communicative. Sleeping arrangements were great for a group of 5, ample space. Rooftops sunsets are not to be missed! Check-in was a little rough - just use the GPS directions if you stay. Don't read anything else sent. The hotel next door is lovely for a light walk, yoga, and there's a great little cafe and tea spot inside.

Best Airbnb we've ever been to. It's a two-story penthouse in the middle of the jungle in the quiet Holistika area. The rooms are very large, high ceilings and luxurious design decorated to the smallest detail. The entire living room and master bedroom have huge window sections that you can slide aside with the mosquito net, so you can hear the jungle just outside. We've never been in a kitchen so well equipped. It's all the basics for cooking such as spices and oils and many different porcelain for use. The bed is so comfortable with the most wonderful mattress, pillows and soft bedding. Delightful bathroom with beautiful light and tub with bath salts. The outdoor area is amazing with Tulums best view over the jungle. We especially used the top viewing terrace for sunrises and coffee, and to sunbathe. The area is very quiet, no noise and all the staff are friendly. We really slowed down and were sad to leave the place. It was so beautiful and beyond all expectations. Thanks to the hosts and the sweet guard.
