The space Welcome to Buenos Aires Hotel! lf you are looking for a breathtaking oceanview hotel, you’ll be amazed, as we are located above the center of Santa Teresa-Mal Pais, opposite the main surf beach, Playa Carmen; on the south corner of Nicoya Peninsula, very close to Cabo Blanco natural reserve. Enjoy an amazing 180 degrees ocean view, in touch with a nature environment and smile while watching incredible sunsets from our front yard garden, as the sun melts behind an endless sea of waves. ln our restaurant Brukas, you will found a magical place with excellent fresh and local ingredients, with a cozy atmospheres. Due to the location of our facilities, the view of the Pacific ocean will never change, it’s breathtaking all year around! The swimming pool (next to the restaurant) is a perfect spot to drink a fresh cocktail, natural smoothies or a cold beer and cool off after a surf session, walk on the beach or just have a dip because you don’t need any excuse to do it! Other things to note lf you are driving, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle. You also can walk, but remember we are on a hill, close to everything, but steep.

The perfect stay in Santa Teresa, we absolutely loved it. The view from this place was breathtaking, and we ended up spending every sunset there. Peaceful location up the hill but still very central. Javi was an amazing host that made us feel welcome and was so easy to communicate with. Stay here!

Ein tolles, ruhiges Hotel mit wahnsinnig schöner Aussicht. Man ist in kürzester Zeit am Strand und der Hauptstraße, ohne den Lärm mit zu bekommen. Der Pool ist wunderbar und die beiden Gastgeber Flo & Javi super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen an Javi wenden und haben direkt wertvolle Tipps bekommen. Ganz lieben Dank, es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt ☺️🍍☀️

Une belle adresse avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan. A l’écart du bruit de la ville, on se sent bien en haut de la colline ! Ça grimpe mais ça vaut le détour !! Javi et sa femme sont adorables, toujours avec le sourire et prêts à aider. Le ronronnement de la clim extérieure des voisins de chambre a dérangé légèrement mon copain mais pas moi… ^^ La chambre est très confortable et le petit hamac est un bonus très agréable ;) Foncez y !

We just loved our stay at Javi's! There is no better place to watch the beautiful sunsets and stargaze at night. The room got cleaned every day and Javi and his wife helped us with whatever we needed. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. There is a number of good restaurants nearby. Thank you for having us! We will be back.

Javier’s place was clean, well kept, and came with stunning views. He was super accommodating for anything I might’ve needed and the breakfast was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at this small hotel! The view is amazing but because of the hill we rented an atv right away. The breakfast was great and we had dinner twice too, excellent steaks!
