Location and Noise Disclosure
The villa is conveniently located on the main road for easy access. However, please note that motorcycles passing by may occasionally cause noise, which could be disruptive for some guests. Additionally, the area is undergoing development, and there is construction activity across the street that may contribute to noise.

Лучшая вилла в которой мы останавливались в коста рике. Супер удобные матрасы и подушки, хорошо оборудования кухня, хороший бассейн(который приходили люди чистить и обслуживать), удобные лежаки возле него. Хотели продлить ещё на 4 дня, жаль что было уже забронировано.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Peter à été super, il est venu à notre rencontre et on a beaucoup discuté, il a répondu à toutes nos questions. Angel était très à l’écoute et répondait rapidement à nos messages. L’emplacement était près de tout ce que nous voulions voir! J’ai déjà recommandé l’endroit à des amis qui veulent venir au Costa Rica!

Host was very personable and friendly… and stopped by to introduce herself on arrival… she was very informed and helpful with connecting us to resources for we were looking for in our travels and I was so impressed with our talks. I was also impressed with the laundry list of items we had access to such as pool grill and kitchen items like toaster blender coffee maker microwave and the list goes on… Lawn chairs, private covered sitting area with hammocks and much more! I would definitely recommend this as a private little getaway very close to Punta Uva beach which is arguably the nicest beach on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica (after having seen most of the pacific and Caribbean beaches in the country!!!). Pool open until 10pm so you can enjoy evening swimming after a long day of running about and close to Puerto Veijo with lots of restaurants along the main road. I would even say of all the Airbnbs I’ve contracted in the past five years this has been my favorite!

We had a great stay at this place. The location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk to Playa Arrecife, which made it very easy to go back and forth to the beach during the day. The place looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and responsive, always available if we needed anything. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay.

the proximity to punta uva beach while still being private and tucked into the forest made this place special! beautiful surroundings and easy to find right off the main road, this place made for a peaceful stay. super clean and lots of amenities including kitchen supplies! overall would recommend!

Angel was very attentive and responsive, whether it was getting more blankets and water for us, or recommending local super markets and bicycle rentals. Her place was close enough to walk to the beach and some restaurants/cafes which was very convenient but secluded enough to really feel peaceful.

Nádherné ubytování v soukromém areálu s bazénem. Vše čisté, voňavé a pěkné. Plně vybavená kuchyně. Skvělá komunikace s majitelem. Blízko nádherné pláže Punta Uva. Doporučujeme.
