Beautiful residential house located near downtown Tepoztlán, offering wonderful views of the Tepozteco. It is an ideal place to relax and spend time with friends or family.
Recently renovated, the house features new mattresses, regional décor, spacious interiors, and extensive outdoor areas, including:

The Space
The house offers a peaceful atmosphere with several terraces and a table beneath a large laurel tree in the center of the property. Six tables of different sizes are distributed throughout the grounds, allowing you to enjoy a unique setting in each area.
The house has four bedrooms, while the bungalow near the pool includes one additional bedroom. All rooms have new beds and are suitable for couples or friends.
Guest Access
Guests have access to all facilities throughout the house and property.
The Wi-Fi password is provided in the house manual at the entrance.
Optional Services
For an additional fee, two service staff members are available:
- Cook: $800 MXN per day
- Maid: $800 MXN per day
Each person works eight hours per day. Overtime is charged at $80 MXN per hour.
Occupancy and Additional Guests
The nightly house rate includes accommodation for 14 people. An additional charge of $400 MXN applies for each extra overnight guest.
Garden and Pool Maintenance
The gardener visits the property on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays to maintain the pool and garden. If this schedule causes any inconvenience, please let the host know so another day can be arranged.
House Rules
- Events are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the bedrooms. Smoking is permitted on the many terraces.
- In accordance with Tepoztlán regulations, loud noise is not permitted after midnight.
- Pets are welcome, but guests must bring their beds, as pets may not climb onto the armchairs or beds.
- Guests are asked to clean up after their pets.
Important Information
The house and garden are fumigated regularly. Morelos is an area where scorpions are present, so wearing shoes at all times is recommended.

It was an excellent stay from start to finish. The experience was amazing in each of the areas of the house. The attention of the people who cooked and cleaned was a 10. I'm sure that in the future this house will definitely be our first choice.

We were incredibly happy!! We rested, read, and walked. We really enjoyed a beautiful, magical garden and the fantastic pool. It's a UNIQUE place for families. The house is beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail, in incredible condition and with spaces that allow for reading and reflection as well as spending time with family and friends. We feel very fortunate to have found a place like this.

Excellent stay, and the house is very beautiful, large, and comfortable. It has a really nice rustic feel. The pool was clean, and the water temperature was just right. The kitchen is well stocked. The most comfortable beds. And all the spaces clean. The garden it has is just beautiful!!! We will definitely be back.
