The Space
Casa Alexandra is a distinctive traditional Mexican-style villa in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Set in a classic Mexican neighborhood, it is centrally located near the city’s many attractions while maintaining a peaceful, retreat-like atmosphere away from the main tourist zones and high-rise hotels.
The villa is within a two- to three-minute walk of the Malecón, the beach, and the shops, bars, restaurants, and galleries of Vallarta’s Old Town.
The house accommodates up to 16 guests and is well suited for families, reunions, and retreats. Its open layout, high ceilings, and indoor patio allow natural daylight to flow throughout the rooms. The floor plan creates a relaxed setting for casual living, with sweeping views of the Bay of Banderas, the sound of church bells, warm daytime breezes, and spectacular sunsets each evening.
Art Studio and Gallery
An adjoining art studio is located on the property but is not included in the rental. The studio has been opened as a gallery and may host silent art workshops that will not interfere with your stay.

The house will be properly sanitized before your arrival. House cleaning is not available during your stay. If you need anything additional, please contact the concierge, Arturo, who will be present at check-in to answer your questions.

House Rules
- The maximum occupancy is 16 guests, with no exceptions. This limit includes children.
- Loud parties of any kind are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Loud music and yelling must be kept to a minimum by 10:00 p.m. in accordance with city ordinance.
- Guests who violate the noise policy may be asked to leave the property, and their deposit will not be refunded.

The house is very nicely located. The rooftop with the small pool is very beautiful and the view is exceptional. The service was excellent. Celia and her daughter cook delicious food, and they took good care of us. In the summer, it's very hot in PV, and it doesn't have air conditioning. It's compensated by the fact that the house is open and there's plenty of ventilation, but you can still feel the heat.

Stay was awesome! Arturo was informative upon arrival check in. The house is very detailed from the doors to windows to the decoration around. It has open feel space, it felt like home. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately maintained — perfect for large groups while still feeling private and relaxing. Each room was generously sized, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were super cozy, and having multiple bathrooms made everything so convenient for our group. The highlight, of course, was the pool area — absolutely gorgeous! It felt like having our own private resort. We spent most of our time there, whether it was lounging during the day or enjoying the peaceful atmosphere in the evening. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and gather together.

Great view of the ocean and good relaxing spot. Lots of space to chill around and clean as well. The only problem is the Airbnb is on a hill and no ac but aside from that, it was an awesome stay! Would def book again.

Place was beautiful and perfect location. It was very hot during our trip and because the house is “open”, not allowing for AC, it did get warm at night despite the ceiling fans and provided portable fans, but at no fault to the owner, just an exceptionally hot week.Spent most of our time when at the house on the roof, which had a great breeze and view. Would stay here again, but would plan next trip during a cooler part of the year
