First Floor

Overview

Enjoy Caribbean sunrises over the Belize Barrier Reef and sunsets over the turquoise bay from four private porches. The home is located within walking distance of the sea on both sides of Caye Caulker, as well as a shared private dock.

Guests can:

• Swim, snorkel, sunbathe, or fish on the windward or leeward sides of the island
• Play ping pong
• Grill freshly caught fish in the private tropical yard
• Explore the sandy streets using the six provided bicycles
• Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen

The property is packed with amenities and includes full-service management.

The Space

The island-style home is elevated above a fenced yard filled with tropical gardens. Stairs lead to a gated porch and the First Floor.

First Floor

The First Floor includes an open kitchen, den, and dining area designed for both meals and relaxation. A hallway leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom.

• One large bedroom with a king-size bed, French doors opening onto the front porch, and direct access to the First Floor bathroom
• One small bedroom with a double bed and a door opening onto the front porch
• A bathroom across the hallway with a bathtub and shower
• A stacked washer and dryer

Loft Level

The loft bedroom occupies the entire third floor and includes:

• Two private balconies
• A private bathroom
• Views of the sea from both the front and back of the island

The stairs leading into the loft do not have a closing door. The entrance provides visual privacy, and a small window-like opening overlooks the den with curtains for additional privacy.

Exterior

A door from the dining area opens onto a back porch overlooking the pool. Stairs from the porch lead down to the yard.

Additional outdoor features include:

• A ping pong table beneath the home
• Six private bicycles parked in the yard
• Four porches throughout the home, with every room opening onto a porch

The pool is shared with three rentals in the adjacent yard:

• One two-bedroom apartment
• One one-bedroom apartment
• One one-bedroom cabana

Location and Sea Access

The home is situated in a narrow part of Caye Caulker near the Split, on the southern village side of the island. The sea is accessible in three directions:

• Approximately a four-minute walk to the front of the island
• Approximately a four-minute walk to the back of the island
• Approximately a five-minute walk to the Split

The top-floor loft offers views toward both sides of the island, allowing guests to enjoy both sunrise and sunset views.

The home is located in a local neighborhood within walking or biking distance of restaurants and shops.

Breakfast

A daily cooked breakfast is included at the Sea Dreams Hotel rooftop, approximately a two-minute walk from the home. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Daily dishes may include:

• Huevos rancheros
• Breakfast burritos
• Belizean breakfast with eggs, sausage, fry jacks, beans, and fresh salsa
• Pancakes with eggs and bacon
• French toast with eggs and bacon
• Waffles with eggs and bacon

Coffee, juice, and tea are included with breakfast.

Guest Access

The home's yard is private and reserved for your use.

Guests also have access to the Sea Dreams Hotel dock, approximately a four-minute walk away, for:

• Swimming
• Fishing
• Sunbathing
