The Space

Villa Martha Garza Blanca was designed to take full advantage of its exceptional setting. Every living area and suite offers breathtaking ocean views.

The villa is approximately five minutes from one of Puerto Vallarta’s best beaches and less than a 15-minute drive from the charm and excitement of Old Town Puerto Vallarta and the Zona Romántica.

Although close to the city, the property remains private and peaceful. It is nestled among lush tropical gardens on Vallarta’s exclusive south side, across the street from Garza Blanca Beach and the Garza Blanca hotel and restaurant.

Villa Martha Garza Blanca offers extensive indoor and outdoor living areas with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, ocean, and jungle. Essential supplies are provided, including towels, linens, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, a barbecue grill, and cooking essentials.

Guest Access

You will have the entire villa to yourself. Guests also have access to the exquisite semiprivate Garza Blanca Beach, located approximately three minutes away by car or 10 minutes on foot via the path connecting the neighborhood to the beach.

Guests do not have access to the Garza Blanca Resort pools or beach equipment. The resort’s restaurants and Tierra Luna shopping center are open to the public. You can take the trolley to Tierra Luna.

House Rules

1. Respect the neighbors: Quiet hours are from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please keep noise levels low during these hours.

2. No pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. An additional cleaning fee of $250 USD will apply if pets are found during your stay.

3. Minors: Minors are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may not be left unsupervised at any time.

4. No indoor smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and near open doors or windows. A $250 USD fee will apply if the property has been smoked in or smells of smoke. Smoking is permitted outdoors, away from open doors and windows. A $5 USD charge applies for each cigarette butt found on the floor or in the pool.

5. Trash disposal: Please place all trash in the designated trash cans. Glass is not permitted in or near the pool area.

6. Visitors: Visitors or guests not included in the reservation will incur an additional fee of $15 USD per person per day. Babies under 24 months are exempt. Children over 24 months are charged at the adult rate.

7. Pool safety: Do not run, jump, or dive in or near the pool. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when they are in or near the pool. Glass items are prohibited in or near the pool area.

8. Pool heating:

   • From December 1 through March 30, the pool is heated to 78°F at no additional charge. Guests may pay $50 USD per day to raise the temperature to 90°F during this period.
   • From April 1 through November 30, guests may pay $50 USD per day to heat the pool to 78°F or $100 USD per day to heat it to 90°F.

9. Parties and events: Weddings and events of up to 100 guests may be hosted at Villa Martha. Events with more than 30 guests require approval and incur an additional $500 USD event fee.

10. Drugs and illegal activity: Drugs, illegal activities, public intoxication, and disturbances are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of deposits.

By booking the property, you agree to follow these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, termination of your stay without a refund, and possible eviction by local law enforcement for trespassing.
