Casa Blanca

Casa Blanca will forever live in our hearts and minds. It’s a secured community, with very friendly security. The view from the top deck was unbelievable.

Scott was incredibly attentive. For any issues we had, he either responded right away or felt bad and came right over to find or show us a solution. Disclaimer on the dishwasher door: don’t let it go as it’s heavy and won’t hold its own weight, it’ll slam down. We were able to rent his SUV for $60 USD each day which worked incredibly for us (fitting 8 people total). If you plan on this, bring a car charger (cigarette plug in one). Ubers were not a problem either and worked well for us on the first day when we were settling in and needed to do grocery runs which the proximity of Costco and Soriana were great for. Just have to inform the uber which house # they’re going to. Scott was also able to help us coordinate shuttles from and to the airport which was incredibly helpful. It is about a 45 min ride to/from SJD (San Jose Cabo) and 15-25 min ride to/from CSW (San Lucas Cabo).

Scott was very friendly, attentive and responsive to minor issues and questions we had. The house was very clean and spacious and offered great amenities. He was very helpful with reserving our transportation back and forth from the airport and booking an activity for us. I would definitely book this house again! An excellent place, with very spacious areas. Mr. Scot was very attentive. Easy to get to and in a great location, 10 minutes from the marina, nightclubs, and restaurants! In particular, we loved it. The only thing is that no hot water came out of the showers, but it wasn't a problem because it wasn't freezing; it was at a good temperature, so I didn't report it to Mr. Scott. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

We had an amazing stay in Cabo thanks to Scott! From the moment we arrived, he was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our trip was smooth and enjoyable. Whether it was answering questions, giving recommendations, or just being there when we needed assistance, he made everything so easy for us. We’re so grateful for his hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cabo!

Scott was very helpful and responsive The place wasn’t as clean as we expected when we first arrived but he had it cleaned the next day He was super helpful and quick to respond to questions The view was gorgeous, we enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop patio The house was a great space for us to be with family and friends for meals and games We also enjoyed the common pool and had a bbq down there and ate in the clubhouse It was great to be close to grocery stores and Costco, we rented a car from Scott and explored Las Barilles as well as several beaches

Everything is fine with the house. The place is superbly located with a nice view.

Hey Scott, just wanted to say thanks again for everything. We really had a great stay and truly appreciate how responsive and helpful you were the whole time. I did want to mention, in a totally friendly way, that some of the little things, like a few lightbulbs being out or the fridge quirks, do make a bigger difference in overall perception than they seem on the surface. I know you’re already trying to stay on top of that stuff, and it’s definitely not a complaint, more just a heads up from someone who really enjoyed the place. We loved our time there and would absolutely stay again. We’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend it to others looking for a great value and a host who genuinely cares. Thanks again, really appreciate you.

All perfect. The place is big and comfortable, and well located. Communication with Scott was super easy. Highly recommendable. 10/10.
