The Space
Villa Croisette is a newly built villa with a unique, modern design. Completed in November 2020, it enjoys an excellent location just a few steps from the beach in Playa Langosta.
The villa has six bedrooms in total:
- Four bedrooms overlook the large swimming pool and each includes a private bathroom.
- Three bedrooms have king-size beds.
- One bedroom has a double bed.
- Two additional bedrooms have king-size beds and private bathrooms but do not overlook the pool.
Outdoor Areas
- Swimming pool with an in-water bar
- Barbecue located at the pool bar
- Outdoor bed and chairs near the bedrooms, creating an ideal space for relaxation
The property is well maintained, with a new gate motor and fully functioning air conditioning. A large garbage container is located outside, on the left.
Security
Villa Croisette is a private and secure property equipped with:
- An alarm system
- An electric fence
House Rules
This is a private home and must be treated with respect. Guests planning to host parties inside the house are asked to seek alternative accommodations.

Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Bedroom Rental Options
It may be possible to rent only four or five bedrooms at a significant discount during August, September, and November. Please inquire for a special offer.

The villa was great. The setup was awesome with most rooms looking out over the pool. The area was close enough to walk into town. We even saw some monkeys from the pool! We would book again.

Maria was fantastic start to finish. Very easy to communicate with, flexible with check in, helpful with local recommendations weeks in advance. The house was beautiful. The pool was amazing and the pool area perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms were more spacious than we thought. Great for large groups of couples as all rooms have a king bed and private bathroom. Very easy walk to beach or golf cart ride from town. Recommend not renting a vehicle and allowing Maria to get you a transportation and renting a golf cart for town. We will be back!

Our group of 11 had an AMAZING time. The house was perfect for our needs, from the bedrooms with their private baths, to the beautiful outdoor space. And the location was perfect! There isn’t a single thing I would change. Maria was very helpful & responsive to our questions. She even reached out to check on us part way through our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.!

Villa Croisette was amazing for our multigenerational family (of 10) vacation. The rooms were perfectly laid out around a stunning pool which we all enjoyed daily! We were delayed getting to the villa and Maria waited in the rain for us. She communicated exceptionally well, and the house cleaner Jaqueline came a couple times during our stay and made everything beautiful each time. Friend group or family, I highly recommend Villa Croisette!! We would book it again in a heartbeat.

Great stay, beautiful pool. We used scooters to get into Tamarindo. Great set up for a group of friends!

Perfect place to stay! Close to Tamarindo- can walk or preferably rent golf carts. So convenient for our family of 11! Would absolutely rent this place again. Maria was also super responsive which was really appreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about Maria - she was responsive and helpful above and beyond normal standards. She booked us excursions, helped us with issues we couldn’t resolve with local companies and even helped when my grandfather had a medical emergency. The house was just as good. If you’re thinking about booking just go ahead and do it you will love it. The pool is where we spent the heat of the day and it was perfect for all ages (5 months to 94 years old). 10/10
