Villas Iguana A-14 is a beachfront condominium situated in the heart of the wave-rich Tola region. This ground-floor unit is located at the northern end of Playa Colorado, bordered by a river and Los Perros point to the north. Just a short walk south are two excellent surf breaks: Panga Drops and the Colorado beach break. The condo features a convenient walk-up patio.

The master bedroom includes a king bed that can be separated into two twin beds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined into a king. The unit is fully equipped with air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a BBQ grill, and a backup battery system for power outages.

Cleaning service is provided three times per week and included in the rental. Laundry services are also available through housekeeping, as they have exclusive access to the washer and dryer. An optional meal plan service is offered for added convenience.

Getting Around

The property is approximately a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and about 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica. Most major car rental agencies operate at Managua airport; reservations are recommended in advance.

A 4-wheel drive vehicle is only necessary if planning to visit beaches further south in the San Juan del Sur area. For those not renting a vehicle, airport transfers and daily sightseeing or surf trips can be arranged.

Motorcycle and scooter rentals are available, and transportation by vehicle or boat to other surf breaks can be organized. Additionally, car rentals from Alamo and National are accessible near Hacienda Iguana.
