Villa Xochitl (XO) is located on a quiet dead-end street in Aldea Zama. The property consists of two structures with a private pool between them, creating a welcoming setting for poolside lounging, shared meals, and relaxed mornings.

A reservation is required. Please provide your preferred date and time in advance. Beach beds are held for 15 minutes only, so guests are asked to arrive on time.
Important Information
Water shortages and power outages are not uncommon in Tulum at this time. Every effort is made to keep guests comfortable when these situations occur, but guests should be aware of the possibility before arrival.

From beginning to end, I had an absolutely top-notch stay. The reception was great. We got a small tour of the house and immediately received all kinds of tips for activities and restaurants. In the meantime, we were also asked if everything was as desired, so absolutely top. The house is wonderful, spacious, and equipped with every comfort. Good beds, and the poolside loungers were also great. Highly recommended for everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The concierge was very helpful in organising transfers and gave us great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The property was absolutely spotless! Special shout out to the cleaning staff who came twice during our 5 night stay. The location of the property felt very safe and like a newly built neighbourhood. Well light streets, local cafes, shops and bars in walking distance. The pool at the property also got plenty of sun light. We would 💯 recommend.

Can't rave enough about our experience. Beds were super comfy and it's less than 10 min to downtown, walkable to Aldea Zama shops. The house itself is really lovely and worked well for our group. The best part was the concierge, who responded within minutes for whatever we needed, gave excellent recommendations, and even took great care of us during the political shelter-in-place. This is the best concierge experience I've ever had and it made the trip so much better than it could have been. Highly highly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Xochitl was an absolute dream😍 the house was incredibly beautiful and we felt right at home. The staff was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond from check in to check out, giving us tons of recommendations and contacts for activities. The entire space was spotless and there is a cleaning service three times a week as well. We had the most beautiful little wellness weekend and this was the best place to do it- so peaceful and serene. I would definitely come back next time in Tulum☺️

Our group really enjoyed our stay! The Airbnb was perfect, clean, and close to just about everything Tulum has to offer. Stayed at this Airbnb for my bachelorette party and it was literally the BEST. Clem and Pili made sure we were always taken care of and had everything we needed. The cleaning lady was so sweet and made sure the space was spotless. It was perfectly like the pictures and we all would 100% stay again! Thank you guys so much!!!
