The Space

Villa Lorito is a two-casita villa that combines treehouse adventure with beachfront beauty. It is located halfway up the hill on secluded Redonda Bay, just 120 steps from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sounds of howler monkeys.

The villa consists of two casitas connected by a sprawling patio, creating a unique eco-luxury indoor-outdoor space centered around a turquoise infinity plunge pool. Renovated and expanded in 2023, Villa Lorito includes:

• 2 private bedrooms
• A living room with a full sofa bed and an attached full bathroom, creating a flexible third bedroom

The design promotes luxury indoor-outdoor living with large bay windows that open to various outdoor seating areas, including:

• A poolside swing
• A netted loft space for sunbathing and reading
• A lower garden-side seating area, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon or enjoying morning coffee

The main bedroom is located above the living room in Casita #1 and features:

• An en-suite bathroom with a large teak-lined shower
• A desk for remote work with reliable Wi-Fi

The second bedroom is located below the kitchen in Casita #2 and includes:

• An en-suite bathroom
• A mini-fridge
• A desk

Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, fans, and bathing amenities. The villa also features a full kitchen with:

• A large refrigerator
• A 5-burner stove
• A microwave
• A toaster
• Cooking and dining utensils

Guests may also choose to hire an in-villa chef.

Concierge Service

Villa Lorito offers a private, bilingual (Spanish/English) concierge service, managed by Graciela. She is available 24 hours a day to assist with:

• Curating a bespoke vacation
• Answering questions
• Shopping for food or supplies
• Addressing any issues
• Organizing activities

Guest Access

Villa Lorito is one of twenty-three privately-owned villas in the Aqua community of Redonda Bay. Guests will have the entire villa to themselves, although it is possible to see guests staying at adjacent villas. The villa is well-positioned for convenient access to both the parking lot and the beach.

Additional Information

Please note that Villa Lorito is adjacent to the Aqua Oceanfront Resort. While guests may notice the reception area, our villa is not associated with the resort. However, guests of Villa Lorito have full access to the resort's beach bar and restaurant.

Additionally, there are several restaurants at the neighboring beach, Playa Gigante, which can be reached via a 15-minute walk or a 10-minute drive. The villa's full kitchen allows for self-catering, and our concierge service can arrange grocery store trips, grocery delivery, in-villa chefs, and food delivery for your stay.
