The villa is located beautifully in the shadows of the trees, so it's never too hot to chill outside. After a 5-minute walk down the private road you find yourself on an amazing beach. The water is warm and calm, easy to walk in, without waves, you don't feel high and low tide much, which is a very rare thing for Nicaraguan Pacific coast. Easy to walk from parking to the villa (even with 4 suitcases). Villas have A/C, spacious bathrooms and enough space for 4 people to enjoy the stay. Concierge is there to help with any issue. Although, there was a problem with construction works in a neighbour villa, Matt was very responsive and helped to find a resolution. Better take your cosmetics with you, as shampoo and shower gel are available only in the master bathroom. Gigante Beach is walkable within 12-minutes. But more nice bars and restaurants are in Popoyo (35 minutes drive).

Beautiful and comfortable cabins ideal for two couples. For a family, it's not so recommended since they are like two separate apartments. Few chairs. I recommend the host improve the social area
