We recommend having some form of transportation such as a car, ATV, or golf cart, as the property is a bit farther from Guiones and Nosara Town. TukTuks are also an affordable taxi option for getting around.

- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request but can be limited during full occupancy to allow for thorough cleaning.
- Smoking is permitted only outdoors.
- The property is surrounded by rich biodiversity, so encountering insects and bugs is common. If you are sensitive to insects, this may not be the ideal location.
- To minimize attracting ants and other insects, please clean up food crumbs and leftovers promptly.
- We encourage conservation of water and energy during your stay. Fresh towels are available upon request from the housekeeper. Pool and beach towels are provided on-site to reduce the need for extra packing.
- Please shower off sand and dirt before entering the pool. An outdoor shower is conveniently located next to the pool.
