Thanks to Laureano, who was always attentive to every message, and thanks to the Chinese woman for also being attentive. The only recommendations I would make are that the house be fumigated so that the ants can be controlled, since there were many that bit us. There were ants in the beds, and we couldn't sleep 😢. It's difficult to get there, since not all Uber drivers come to the entrance. They say they don't go up to the house. Whoever rents it must bring a car or rent a car from the start. The house is very large and very beautiful. The only things missing are the points I mentioned and a lot of cleaning. I also suggest putting in a safe because the rooms don't have keys. The house is as shown in the photos. We just had to ask for the video game console because it wasn't there. The screens weren't the size they mentioned; they were smaller. In the end, these are things that can be used, but the description should be correct so that you don't expect something else. Thank you for everything.

We just finished an amazing 7-day stay here, and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The pool was absolutely awesome, and our kids were obsessed with it. They spent hours swimming every day and it ended up being one of their favorite parts of the trip. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and felt like a real home. Everything was set up in a way that made us feel like we were staying in our own place rather than a rental, which we really appreciated. The hosts were fantastic and always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed anything. We also appreciated all of their recommendations—they helped us find some great spots and made our trip even better. Overall, this place was a 100/10 for our family. We had an incredible time, made a lot of great memories, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thanks again for helping make our Cancun trip such a memorable one!

The house had everything as described and shown in the photos; in person, it's even better. It's quite large and comfortable for large families. The area is very quiet, a bit secluded, but it's close to one of the main avenues where you can find everything—restaurants, shops, and stores—and it's near the airport. We loved staying here, and we would definitely come back. They help you with any details in the house at all times and are always very available. Many thanks :)

Everything matched the photos; Laureano communicated with me at all times. But Memo was 10/10—always super helpful and friendly, and he fixed a problem I had with the air conditioning right away.

Very spacious house, close to an avenue with restaurants and convenience stores. Just the difficult access via two unpaved streets. Araceli's support was very helpful, with guidance and the location. Issues in the kitchen that were taken care of immediately. A couple of bunk beds with nice touches.
