Welcome to NOVA, the private lower residence of NOCTURNA—a custom-designed penthouse overlooking the protected jungle canopy of Tulum National Park.

NOVA is a self-contained lower-floor home with its own private entrance. ALTA, the separately accessed rooftop studio above, may be occupied by other guests.

Location
Centro is a short bike ride or drive away. Playa Pescadores is approximately 10 minutes by bike or car, or 25–30 minutes on foot.

Good location, away from street noise. I didn’t have a great experience though as AC on my bedroom wasn’t working upon my arrival, WIFI didn’t work neither and cleanness of the condo could have been better. If those things were different I’d would have had a good stay; most of the time the co-hosts were answering my messages in a timely manner. The place is beautiful. But because of those issues I left after my second night instead of two weeks as I had planned.

Great location! Right off the major highway near many tourist attractions. Lots of quick stop shops around the area as well. Furniture is very comfortable! Security works 24/7 to keep you safe and feel secure as you explore!

Beautiful apartment, good cleaning. Giant windows with mosquito nets to enjoy the breeze without insects. Very comfortable, a 5-minute drive to the area with restaurants and a 5-minute drive to the archaeological site and beaches. I didn't like the dark towels, although they looked very clean. Everything was great.

The space is very nice, very private, and has a 24 hour guard at the gate that can take packages and etc. Hosts were fantastic. Very very helpful, gave us a lot of things to be comfortable like coffee pods and soap and water. Pool was always clean and warm. Plenty of pans and dishes and an oven for cooking. Very comfortable beds and good AC. Warm water works great and shower has good water pressure. We had a great time and hope to come back!

First of the Place was so beautiful and so peaceful it was something out of this world seriously dreamy. The hosts were super responsive and the book they had, had everything explained from a history of Tulum to directions of Places & phone number to a taxi + where to get food. Also the coffee machine with the pods was so cute & useful every morning with a beautiful view Of The jungle it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at an airbnb & I loved that it was walking distance to many convenience stores, and restaurants would definitely recommend 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay at Nocturna. Waking up to the lush view from the bedroom window was the highlight. We enjoyed morning yoga in the common space and a perfect cup of nespresso provided by the host. The team made reservations for us at the beach clubs and recommended excellent dinner choices.
