- One in the downstairs living room
- One in the upstairs loft
- The beach is within walking distance of the front door.

- Alternatively, space for three to four additional cars without trailers along the side of the property
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house except for the fifth bedroom, which is not listed. This additional bedroom is downstairs and will remain locked for owner storage.
The rooftops are also accessible via the spiral staircase on the second floor.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted unless approved by the host. An additional pet fee applies.

My family had a great time at Claudia’s place. We had plenty of space and the pool was bigger than we expected! Kids had a great time. We have everything we needed. Looking forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s beautiful home! Claudia was incredibly kind and welcoming, and our whole family loved the property. The house was very spacious and comfortably fit our group of 12. It was also very pretty. However, there were several maintenance issues that affected our stay. The upstairs sliding doors would not lock, some window panels were broken, and the upstairs TV was broken, which was disappointing for the kids. There were also a lot of bees in the pool, making it difficult to enjoy swimming. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a great addition, as the rooms became very bright early in the morning, making it hard to sleep. The third floor outdoor area was very dirty and unusable due to the amount of dirt and the fireplace was broken. We also found that the TV remote was missing batteries. I would not choose to stay here again.

House was beautiful! Very spacious and very clean. The upstairs tv didn’t work but besides that everything else was a 10/10. Had all the pots and pans needed to make a cookout! Love a house with appliances🩷 great service overall will forsure book again for my birthday again
