This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in the heart of Tamarindo, directly across the street from Tamarindo Beach. Cross the road and you will be on the sand, while the sound of waves can be enjoyed from the private balcony.

Located within the gated Sunrise 33 community, the condo offers convenient access to restaurants, shops, medical services, and more. With everything within walking distance, a car is not necessary.

This 1,600-square-foot, poolside condo is comfortably furnished and accommodates up to six guests:

• Master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom
• Second bedroom with a queen-size bed
• Third bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request

• Television in the master bedroom

Important Notice

Construction is taking place near the condominium and may occasionally cause noise during your stay. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, with efforts to minimize noise and respect quiet hours.

The elevator in Building 3 at Sunrise 33 will be temporarily out of service from approximately September 11 to October 26, 2026, while a new elevator is installed. This first-floor unit is not directly affected by the elevator closure, although some daytime construction noise may occasionally be noticeable.

Check-In Requirement

For security purposes, the identification of the person who made the reservation must be presented at check-in.
