The Space
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers an excellent location right in the heart of town, just across the street from Tamarindo Beach. Enjoy the sound of waves crashing from your private balcony in this well-appointed, poolside unit within the Sunrise gated community.
The condo spans 1,600 square feet and is comfortably furnished. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. The unit accommodates up to six guests.
The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and all necessary utensils and cookware. A washer and dryer are also included.

The speaker doesn't have a plug. The toaster only worked on the outer sides, so you had to put the toast in twice to get it done. The dryer stained a new pair of pants that I just bought for my son, and Blue Zone Experience never took care of anything. The apartment was fine. The sheets were a bit old, but the rest was impeccable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well for us The fan on the terrace for lunch wasn't working properly There were six of us, and we only had placemats for four people.

The property management checked in with me to make sure everything was okay when we arrived and sent reminder instructions the day before checkout which was helpful. They also arranged our transport to and from the airport for a good price.

We had a very enjoyable stay with Blue Zone Experience at the Sunrise Condos! The location is awesome - walkable to basically everything in Tamarindo, including a very short walk to the beach. It was great having a very refreshing pool right outside our door as well. The condo was comfortable and provided plenty of space. We had a couple of small hiccups during our stay, but our host was extremely responsive and went to great lengths to work through and rectify the hiccups, which was great. We're eager to go back to Costa Rica ASAP!
