Other things to note The villa is on a lush hillside, so there are stairs and it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Zona Romántica and Playa Conchas Chinas are about 5 minutes away by car or taxi. This is a quiet residential community; please keep noise low after 10 pm. Occasional jungle wildlife and tropical sounds add to the experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Being surrounded by nature’s beauty made for such a peaceful and memorable experience. Our host was always responsive and helpful, and we felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable throughout our entire stay. It was amazing to take in the beautiful views and even see some wildlife up close. The morning views were especially spectacular! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back! :)

My gals and I came here for a bachelorette trip. The host decorated before our arrival so the moment we stepped in, it felt incredibly special. Pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s so beautiful, serene, and peaceful. There is so much space and sunlight. There’s more than enough room for everyone. The ac’s work amazing. Our first night there was a heavy thunderstorm, we were in the master bedroom with the windows open and it was breathtaking. You can’t get views like this anywhere else. 10/10 recommend this place!!!

Yassi was attentive throughout our entire trip. The place was just as we expected, per the photos, and more! Lovely place. We hosted my sister’s bach trip here and it was perfect. The only thing I’d note is there are no outlets in the bedrooms, only in the restrooms which was a bit inconvenient but definitely not a deal breaker for what you get. Hope to be back one day!

A beautiful, comfortable, retreat-like home. Exceptionally friendly hosts and security! We loved the pool and the upper deck for watching sunsets. Great AC in all the rooms. Appreciated the parking space for our car, too! Note that this area is at the top of a very steep hill (that’s how you get the gorgeous views!) so walking into Zona Romántica is possible but not comfortable; with a rental car we had an amazing time. Also easy to get a taxi back to the home for cheap.

Absolutely spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by this property. The views of Puerto Vallarta are breathtaking, and the house itself is a masterpiece beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. It felt like staying in a private, high-end resort. The space was pristine, the amenities were top-notch, and the layout was perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The host Fer was incredibly accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. We cannot wait to come back! 10/10 highly recommend.

Overall, amazing staff and everyone went out their way. Even bringing by some treats for my mom’s birthday. I have no complaints about the house, very beautiful my family was just in and out so much we did not get to enjoy it as much as we wanted! Definitely schedule some time into your travel to get to enjoy the beautiful home.
