The location is perfect close to shops and restaurants, and the ocean views are beautiful. My only concern was regarding the check-out. My check-out time was at 11 a.m., but at 9 a.m., the manager came and knocked. Since we didn’t answer because we were getting ready in our rooms, she entered the unit because the door was unlocked. My husband heard someone come in, went out, and asked who it was. She said she was the manager and that since no one answered, she came in to the kitchen to check what time we would be leaving. I felt this was very inappropriate, as we had the unit rented until 11 a.m. Then at 11 a.m., she came back again and was already knocking on the door. That was the only thing that made me uncomfortable. I’ve rented in many places before, and this has never happened to me.

Best location we have ever stayed at in PDC and we have stayed at many places from Playacar to Zazil Ha. It offers a great balance of beach, pool and a walkable location to all our fav restaurants in central PDC. Excellent parking garage!

We liked this place a lot. We thought the beach was well maintained and secure. The kiddos loved the pool, which was beautiful and super well maintained. Staff were very friendly and capable. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, and obviously well maintained. We particularly appreciated how quiet it was inside. There is a night club on the other side of the complex, but we couldn't hear it at all in the apartment. The parking was easy, secure, and super accessible. Great spot! Five stars.

Nice apartment in the beach which was great for the little one ! Large balcony and spacious living area was nice to have along with a well equipped kitchen. The place was cleaned regularly and the property manager was super helpful throughout the stay. Would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent – everything is very close and easily reachable on foot. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. A big bonus for our children was the heated pool – they absolutely loved it! The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable everyday stay. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.
