Palm Beach Estates is a quiet, nature-focused community on the southern end of Playa Grande. The neighborhood loop can be walked in approximately 12 minutes.

The property is also about a 10-minute walk from Tamarindo, with access via a short boat ride across the estuary. The boat crossing is available only during the day. Crossing the estuary on foot is not recommended for many reasons.

• Fourth bedroom: Located in a detached building, this room includes one queen-size bed and one single bed, comfortable mattresses and bedding, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted air-conditioning unit. The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

A new building is currently being constructed next door and is expected to be completed by November. Fortunately, the property's outdoor area faces in the opposite direction, and previous guests have not been significantly bothered by the construction.
