Welcome to the Davis Oasis condo, situated within the gated and guarded Pedregal community. This newly redecorated, cozy three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Cabo San Lucas offers stunning views of the vibrant downtown area, marina, and the Sea of Cortez from its spacious, furnished balcony.
The living room features comfortable seating and a 55-inch Smart TV with multiple streaming options. Two sliding patio doors create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. For entertainment, there is a custom-built water pong table integrated into the wall.
The covered patio includes:
- One umbrella for shade
- A comfortable couch
- Two chaise lounge chairs
- A dining table that seats six
- A propane barbecue grill
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and televisions with Netflix available for your subscription.
Enjoy family meals around the solid wood dining table that accommodates six guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
- Full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker
- Dishwasher
- Blender
- Coffee maker
- Pots, pans, and a wide range of utensils
The Portofino complex provides filtered water, and an additional water filter has been installed specifically for this condo. Guests can safely drink the water and use the ice without concern.

Guests have full access to the entire condo during their stay.

Jennifer's place was awesome!! Great family atmosphere, close by shop's an restaurant's!!! Guarded area so you feel safe and secure. Definitely recommend this place to stay!!

We had a lovely stay. The location was great - especially if you like access to nightlife and activities, paired with quiet evenings. We are a family of walkers - and we walked everywhere. Be prepared for a good workout if you choose the same! Lots of elevation. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and offered lots of help. Thank you!

This place was great. Well located within Pedegral to walk to everything. Three well sized bedrooms mad it super comfortable for my family of 4. Cute place with a nice view a friendly local host that was proactive with. Lear instructions on how to get in. Would definitely stay here again and for longer than the 2 nights we did before moving down the coast to the Hilton Grand Vacation Club. Definitely worth the price and a great place if staying in Cabo.
