Stunning 3BR Lagoon Home with Sunset Rooftop Deck

We had a wonderful stay. The backyard is peaceful, the pool was a huge hit for the kids and the outdoor shower was a bonus. We saw lots of shooting stars, birds visiting the gardens, and was easy to drive the golf cart to local spots. My husband especially loved the canal access where the local guide would pick/drop him off at the back dock. We would love to visit this beautiful home again.

This place was absolutely stunning, close to restaurants and just a short golf cart ride away from placencia village. The house and garden grounds are immaculate, and the pool is an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved staying here this past week! The home was very open, modern and clean. We weren't able to enjoy the pool and outdoors as much as we would have liked due to heavy rains, but we were all still very comfortable hanging out inside for the few days that requiired it.

We could not have been happier with our stay at all Amanda Del Mar. Sitting in the pool overlooking the well manicured garden was just an incredible experience. I highly recommend this property for beauty, privacy and proximity to things to do. Loved it!

Fantastic stay at this lovely house! Zun from the property management company was very responsive and helpful. Strong scented air fresheners were too much for us but this was fine once unplugged. Pool is a great temperature for a hot day. Great wrap around design with 2 bedrooms having direct pool access. Nice Sonos sound system in and out and no nearby neighbours to worry about the noise. Amazing landscaped grounds. Totally private. Sleeps 6 but only 4 chairs at outdoor table and 4 lounge chairs. Well equipped kitchen but needs better can opener. Salt, pepper, rice, sugar and a bit of coffee. No other seasonings or cooking oil. Comfy beds and AC in all rooms. Huge showers. Quick drive to town or beach with a golf cart or car.

It was a very comfortable home and convenient location for our 5 day stay in Placencia. The management team was wonderful and very responsive to any request.

The absolute nicest AirBnB we have stayed in as far as setting and landscaping was amazing! Home was even better than depicted in pictures. Very relaxing and accommodating! Kids really enjoyed the pool and outside area was nothing short of spectacular. Gardeners were very respectful of our privacy and do an amazing job!

We were close to everything yet had our own peaceful and quiet space to relax. We loved the pool and gardens on property! The kitchen was well equipped and even had a blender we used for smoothies and frozen margaritas. We rented 2 golf carts - one for our older teenagers and one for my husband and I. We loved the golf carts to travel around Placencia. Our favorite spots to eat and drink and spend time at the beach were barefoot, tipsy tuna, cozy corner, Da Tatch, Rick’s cafe, the shack, turtle inn, rum fish. Everything was a 5-10 minute golf cart ride away.

We had the pleasure of staying at Allamanda for my son’s birthday weekend. The place was perfect. It was on the lagoon side and very private. The landscaping made it feel like your own private getaway. The house was equipped with everything you need. From the day we arrived, we never left the house to venture into Placencia. The kids enjoyed the pool and we did bbq on the perfect grill. At the end of the day the kids didn’t want to leave. :) overall a great experience and place I would definitely recommend. Everything is just as is in the description and pictures. Chill point coffee and wine place was just around the corner as well as a supermarket. Take a chance and book Allamanda, you won’t regret it!
