The Space

This private, fully furnished apartment measures 60 square meters and is designed to provide a comfortable, peaceful, and private stay. Access is through the shared garage, followed by a staircase with 12 steps.

The apartment is ideal for longer stays, remote work, or anyone looking for a quiet and safe place to relax without contact with other guests. For additional privacy, the electric garage door can be opened, and guests will have access to the remote control kept on a small table.

The apartment is located in San Rafael de Heredia, in the La Suiza area, near TEA Auto-Decoración. It is approximately 30 minutes from the airport and close to Poás Volcano and several hiking destinations.

Parking and Vehicle Information

The garage is shared and has a narrow access area. Please provide the vehicle’s size in advance so the parking space can be coordinated.

Large vehicles, such as a pickup truck, Ford vehicle, or large van, must be reported before 5:00 p.m. Small vehicles should also be identified in advance.

Guest Access

The apartment is exclusively for the guest.

Airport transportation to the apartment can be arranged, and shuttle service for excursions is available at a reasonable price.

House Guidelines

• Visitors are permitted during the day and until 9:30 p.m.
• On Saturdays, visitors are permitted until 11:00 p.m.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m., with a maximum noise limit of 10:30 p.m., as there are other people living below the apartment.

Additional Details

The host enjoys cultural exchange and making new friends. If the guest is interested, the host may prepare a traditional Costa Rican dish on a mutually convenient day. This is optional and fully respects the guest’s preferences.
