The space There is a separate air conditioned service casita next to the house with a double bed and full bathroom which can be used as a 4th bedroom. There is an additional nightly charge of $50 to use the casita. Guest access The entire property is available for your private use. Parties or events that include extra guests are prohibited. Other things to note Absolutely no parties or events for people other than those in the booking.
