El Balcón del Viento II is a private retreat with panoramic lake views and a heated pool available year-round. Located at the edge of the hill, the property offers privacy and spacious terraces where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The home includes:

• Three bedrooms
• Two and a half bathrooms
• A service room with a private bathroom
• Capacity for up to nine adults and one crib, with a maximum occupancy of 10 people
• Air conditioning in the three main bedrooms
• A heated pool available upon request for an additional fee

For groups of more than two guests, housekeeping is required at an additional cost.

The Space

Balcón del Viento II is a distinctive home at the foot of the hill, offering what is likely one of the most spectacular views in Valle de Bravo.

Located just 100 meters from the Sanctuary, the property combines complete privacy and tranquility with convenient proximity to the heart of town. Its southeast-facing orientation creates a warm, bright atmosphere throughout the day, practically year-round. At night, the air conditioning in the bedrooms helps ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

The house is designed for guests who appreciate well-maintained spaces and quality accommodations. It is rented exclusively to responsible families or groups of friends over 30 years of age.

With three bedrooms and a service room, the property accommodates up to nine adults and one crib, providing space and comfort for everyone.

The home also features a seven-stage reverse osmosis drinking-water filtration system, providing clean, safe, high-quality water throughout your stay.

The final approach is along a dirt road. However, the elevated location provides exceptional panoramic views, making every sunrise and sunset especially memorable.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property, except for:

• Two private owner’s closets
• The linen closet
• The utility room containing the pool equipment
• The rooftop, which is closed for security reasons

The property is listed on Maps as “Balcon del Viento II.”

Important Information

Please read the additional house rules carefully before booking.

• For groups of more than two guests, housekeeping is required at a cost of $600 MXN per day. Payment is made directly to the staff at the property.
• Housekeeping is not mandatory on check-in or check-out days unless early check-in or late check-out is requested.
• For reservations of two guests or fewer, housekeeping and cooking service are optional at a cost of $600 MXN per day.
• The total number of guests must be registered accurately. Visitors and people not included in the reservation are not permitted.
• The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $900 MXN per day.
• Pool heating requires a minimum of two days, including the check-in day, and begins once full payment for the service has been received.
• If you need a crib or high chair, please notify us at least one day in advance.
• Early check-in and late check-out may incur additional charges, subject to availability.
• Air conditioning is available only in the three main bedrooms.
• The exterior has recently been expanded, so some photographs may not fully reflect the updates. Decorative furniture may vary.
• The triangular awning is not installed during the rainy season or when strong winds are forecast.
• Food, beverages, and certain decorative items shown in the photographs are not included.

Coffee

Coffee is not provided in consideration of guests’ different preferences. We recommend bringing your preferred brand, as the property has both a French press and a drip coffee maker.

Cancellation Insurance

We recommend purchasing Airbnb’s cancellation insurance. Once the free-cancellation period has ended, a reservation can only be canceled due to extenuating circumstances in accordance with Airbnb’s policies.

Service Availability

During the weekend of August 8, 2026, cooking and cleaning services will not be available. The house will operate normally without these additional services.
