Important Notes and Policies

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old, except for children traveling with parents.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior during quiet hours may result in fines.
• Trolleys and funiculars are strictly for transporting luggage and goods, not people.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Events such as weddings or bachelor/bachelorette parties require prior approval and payment of an event fee.
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the contracted number of guests. The renter must disclose all guests’ names and group size.
• Only up to two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Fines up to $3,000 may be imposed for violations including excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, or disrespect toward security personnel. Guests are responsible for paying any fines incurred.
• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for bookings including December 25 or January 1. If both holidays are booked consecutively, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without prior approval and an additional deposit.
