Safe and Great location, a lot of good restaurants, nearby, and convenient stores pharmacy. The apartment needs a little bit improvements, a little noisy. front desk they can be a little nicer, we had issue with water and they told us contact your landlord instead of calling maintenance in the building. Maybe that’s how it works.

This was an excellent accommodation and even better than the listing portrayed! Most anything you could possibly want or need was in a short walking distance away a city block or two at most and the majority were just downstairs and around the corner! Pavel is an absolute legend in my opinion! He provided us with several of his local favorites and we enjoyed them all repeatedly throughout our stay.(2 weeks) Anything we needed was quickly responded to and taken care of with a most sincere and gracious attitude! I can only hope to encounter hosts as awesome as Pavel during the remainder of our visit to Guatemala!
