The Space

This spectacular third-floor apartment in the Morros Eos Building, located in Serena del Mar, offers ocean views and comfortable accommodations for up to 10 people, including children and babies.

The apartment includes:

Please note that the apartment is described as accommodating up to eight people in the building’s registration information.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Bedroom 1: One king-size bed and two single bunk beds, with a private bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, with a bathroom located across from the room
• Bedroom 3: One queen-size bed, with a bathroom located across from the room
• Bedroom 4: One double bed and one single bed, with a private bathroom
• Studio: One sofa bed

Items Provided

• Shower towels for each guest
• Beach towels for each guest
• Hand soap in the bathrooms upon arrival
• One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom upon arrival
• One garbage bag in each bin upon arrival
• Dishwashing soap and a sponge upon arrival

Guests are responsible for purchasing replacements once these supplies have been used.

The social areas are available from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., according to the building regulations.

Beach Access

The building provides direct access to Playa Murallas.

To reserve chairs, tents, umbrellas, or parasols:

• During the low season, contact the beach staff directly.
• During the high season, make reservations through the “My Community SDM” app. The apartment’s username and password will be sent on the day of arrival.

Nearby Services and Transportation

Approximately five minutes away by taxi is Mall Ramblas, which offers:

• Restaurants
• Supermarkets
• Pharmacies
• Basic supplies for your stay

The mall offers delivery services, and the apartment includes a magazine with the relevant telephone numbers. Guests may also use the Rappi app.

For transportation, guests can use the 24-hour taxi station at Hotel Meliá or download the InDrive app. Drivers are available throughout the area, and fares may be negotiated.

Guest Access and Registration

Each guest must pay for an access wristband at the reception desk upon check-in. The cost is 20,000 Colombian pesos per person. Payment is accepted by debit or credit card only; cash payments are not accepted.

Once the reservation is confirmed, the following information must be submitted for each guest to authorize entry into the building:

• First and last name
• Document number
• Residential address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• City

This information must be sent two days before arrival. Changes, additions, or modifications are not permitted after the guest list has been submitted.

Upon arrival, guests only need to present their physical identification at the front desk. They will receive a wristband identifying them as registered guests, which must be worn throughout the stay to enter and exit the building.

Visitors are not permitted. Only guests registered in advance on the guest list may access the property and building.
